Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 15 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling, and forecasting (preferably in A/E).
• 5 years of experience leading data analytics teams.
• Proven track record implementing machine learning and AI solutions that generate measurable business value.
• Development of effective business intelligence dashboards aligned with growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a market research strategy in partnership with senior leaders to identify expansion opportunities.
• Direct and manage research projects and tools for client and competitor intelligence and growth indicators.
• Develop, deploy and govern predictive models and ML algorithms to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform business outcomes and decision-making.
• Select and manage research platform accounts for data accuracy and ROI.
• Develop and manage business intelligence dashboards for Market Sector, Region, Area, and Executive Leaders.
• Support and inform pursuit and campaign strategy, client service, and competitive positioning.
