Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior data strategist to guide market research, data strategy and analytics for growth across multiple U.S. locations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop data-enabled strategies, and deliver insights that influence executive decisions.

The role emphasizes ML, BI dashboards, data governance, and collaboration with marketing, growth and technology stakeholders to advance enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 15 years of experience in data science, analytics, ML or forecasting.
• 5 years of experience leading data analytics teams.
• Proven success delivering ML/AI solutions with measurable value.
• BI dashboards aligned with growth goals and objectives.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a market research strategy with key stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.
• Direct and manage research projects and tools for client and competitor intelligence.
• Develop, deploy and govern predictive models and ML algorithms to identify trends and risks.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform enterprise decisions.
• Select and manage research platform accounts for data accuracy and ROI.
• Develop and manage BI dashboards for Market Sector, Region and Executive Leaders.
• Support pursuit, campaign strategy, client service and competitive positioning.
