Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Data Strategist in the A/E industry to bring data storytelling, forecasting, and analytics expertise to leadership. You will lead the definition, development, and evolution of tactics that yield cohesive insights by integrating industry research, market trends, forecasting and modeling.

You will collaborate with area, region, and executive leaders, guiding researchers and analysts to produce actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science or a related field.
• 15 years in data science, analytics, ML or forecasting (A/E preferred).
• 5 years leading data analytics teams.
• Proven ML/AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• BI dashboards aligned with growth goals.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and APIs.
• Strong collaboration with leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine market research strategy with stakeholders.
• Direct research projects; ensure data quality and security.
• Deploy predictive models and ML algorithms to identify trends.
• Synthesize information to inform decisions.
• Manage research platform accounts for ROI.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards for leadership.
• Support pursuit, campaigns, strategy and positioning.
