HDR is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead advanced analytics initiatives across markets and regions. You will design market research strategies, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to executive leaders.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage dashboards, and support growth strategy with data-driven decisions in a dynamic A/E industry environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data-related field.
• 15 years of data science/analytics experience, with preference to A/E industry.
• 5 years leading data analytics teams.
• Demonstrated success implementing ML/AI solutions that generate measurable business value.
• Effective BI dashboards that align with growth goals and objectives.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a market research strategy in partnership with leadership to support market expansion opportunities.
• Direct and manage research projects and tools ensuring data quality and security.
• Consider, deploy and govern predictive models, ML algorithms, and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform business outcomes.
• Select and manage research platform accounts for optimal use case and ROI.
• Develop, direct, manage, and adapt BI dashboards for leadership and regions.
• Support and inform pursuit and campaign strategy, client service, and competitive positioning.
