Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Data Strategist to guide market intelligence and growth initiatives in the A/E sector. You will lead data collection, analytics platforms, and models that translate executive needs into actionable insight, acting as a data storyteller across regions and business groups.

You will partner with marketing, growth, and technology teams to develop research strategies, predictive models, and BI dashboards that support enterprise decision-making and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 15+ years in data science, analytics, ML, or forecasting (A/E preferred).
• 5+ years leading data analytics teams.
• Demonstrated success implementing ML/AI solutions with measurable business value.
• BI dashboards aligned with growth goals and objectives.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a market research strategy with stakeholders to support expansion opportunities.
• Direct and manage research projects and tools for client/competitor intelligence and leading indicators.
• Develop ML models and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enterprise growth.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform business decisions.
• Select and manage research platforms for data accuracy and ROI.
• Develop BI dashboards for Market Sector, Region, Area, and Leaders.
• Support pursuit and campaign strategy and competitive positioning.
