Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior data strategist to lead market and geographic growth analytics within the A/E industry. You will apply data science, ML, and statistical models to support strategic decisions and deliver cohesive insight across the organization.

You will partner with leaders across regions and business groups, oversee research projects, and develop dashboards that drive enterprise growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 15 years of experience in data science, analytics, ML, or forecasting, preferably in A/E.
• 5 years leading data analytics teams.
• Proven success with ML/AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Experience building BI dashboards aligned with growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine market research strategy with executives and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage research projects and tools for client and competitor intelligence.
• Deploy predictive models and ML algorithms to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform decisions.
• Select and manage research platform accounts for data accuracy and ROI.
• Develop and manage BI dashboards for Market Sector, Region and Leadership.
• Support pursuit and campaign strategy, client service, and competitive positioning.
