Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead data science initiatives across the A/E industry. You will shape market intelligence, deploy predictive models, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for executives and regional leaders.

You will guide the development of dashboards and analytics platforms, ensuring data quality, governance and ROI while collaborating with finance, technology and strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• Extensive experience in data science, analytics and forecasting.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams and data-driven value delivery.
• Experience implementing ML/AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Development of business intelligence dashboards aligned with growth goals.
• Hands-on work with data platforms and API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of A/E industry procurement of professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market research strategies with stakeholders.
• Direct research projects using client/competitor intelligence and external indicators.
• Lead predictive modeling and ML efforts in collaboration with finance and AI teams.
• Produce cohesive insights to inform enterprise decisions.
• Manage research platforms and ensure data quality and ROI.
• Create BI dashboards for multiple leadership audiences.
• Support pursuit, campaigns, client service and competitive positioning.
