HDR is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to lead data collection, analytics, ML, and BI initiatives across geographies and business groups. You will translate leadership needs into actionable insights, guide strategic decisions, and work with AI teams to drive growth. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

The role emphasizes data governance, model development, and enterprise intelligence to support market expansion and competitive positioning. Full-time, on-site in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 15 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, ML or forecasting, preferably in A/E.
• 5 years of experience leading data analytics teams.
• Proven success implementing ML/AI solutions that generate measurable business value.
• Experience developing BI dashboards aligned with growth goals.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a market research strategy with key stakeholders.
• Direct research projects leveraging client and competitor intelligence and economic indicators.
• Explore and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms to identify trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform enterprise decisions.
• Select and manage research platform accounts for data accuracy and ROI.
• Develop and manage BI dashboards for Market Sector, Region, Area, and Executive Leaders.
• Support pursuit and campaign strategy, client service, and competitive positioning.
