Job summary

HDR invites a senior data strategist to lead data collection and analytics efforts within the A/E industry. You will guide predictive modeling, ML initiatives, and data storytelling to provide actionable intelligence for growth strategy.

You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear insights, developing dashboards and governance practices that drive enterprise decisions and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 15 years of experience in data science, analytics, ML, or forecasting (prefer A/E).
• 5 years leading data analytics teams.
• Proven success implementing ML/AI solutions with measurable business value.
• Proven BI dashboard development aligned to growth goals.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine market research strategy with stakeholders.
• Direct research projects and ensure data quality and security.
• Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to identify growth opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform decisions.
• Manage research platform accounts for ROI and data accuracy.
• Develop and manage BI dashboards for multiple leadership levels.
• Support pursuit, campaigns and competitive positioning.
