Job summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Analyst to support the IBAS program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy. The role involves researching and analyzing global defense industrial strengths and risks, and crafting acquisition and strategic documents for leadership.
You will be part of a high-powered team, advising the Government, evaluating proposals, coordinating with partners, and ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals for contract
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering; Master's with 5+ years considered.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing or RDT&E.
- Experience with hardware development or sustainment in US military or industrial setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Advise Government customers on technical and strategic matters.
- Analyze advanced manufacturing and expeditionary repair proposals and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Assess feasibility, capabilities, funding sources, and implementation strategies for leadership.
- Manage schedules, data, and cost/schedule/performance for contract awardees.
- Represent Government interests in meetings and document outcomes.
- Draft briefings, correspondence, and analytical products for dispersed teams.
