Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Analyst to support the IBAS program. You will provide technical and strategic expertise to assess initiatives, support investments, and deliver data-driven recommendations that strengthen manufacturing capabilities and supply chain resilience.

Role may be based at ANSER Headquarters in Arlington or Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, or telework within the National Capital Region, reflecting a flexible approach to collaboration across geographically

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or systems engineering or related field; equivalent military experience may be considered.
• ten years of experience in industrial manufacturing or RDT&E; five years with a master’s degree.
• Experience with manufacturing production site facilitation or product lifecycle/engineering.
• Experience supporting hardware development or sustainment for DoD or equivalent.
• Experience writing and presenting technical information.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and strategic advisor to Government customers on advanced manufacturing initiatives.
• Evaluate project proposals and provide data-driven recommendations on feasibility, funding, and approaches.
• Assess manufacturing capabilities, industrial base risks, and supply chain challenges for investments.
• Develop acquisition documentation, analyses, and briefings for IBAS initiatives.
• Monitor project execution, cost, schedule, and performance; manage contract oversight.
