Job summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Industrial Workforce Development Analyst to support the IBAS Program under OASD(IBP). You will provide strategic analysis, program management, and workforce development expertise to strengthen the Defense Industrial Base workforce and support Build Freedom Campaign.
The role involves collaboration with government, industry, academia, and workforce partners to develop innovative workforce strategies, analyze trends, and support programs building defense workforce
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting workforce development initiatives.
- Experience with DoD/federal workforce development programs preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and assessment of DoD industrial workforce development initiatives.
- Analyze workforce supply/demand across defense sectors to identify gaps and needs.
- Develop workforce strategies aligned with National Defense Strategy priorities.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic communications.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and performance for initiatives.
