Job summary

ANSER seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Analyst to support the IBAS program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy. You will provide technical and strategic expertise to assess advanced manufacturing initiatives, support industrial base investments, and deliver data-driven recommendations to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and supply chain resilience.

This role may be based at ANSER Headquarters in Arlington, VA, the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, or

Qualifications

Active SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field (military equivalent may count).
10 years in industrial manufacturing or RDT&E; 5 years with a Master’s in a related field.

Responsibilities

Advise Government customers on advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Evaluate proposals and provide data-driven recommendations on feasibility, funding, and implementation.
Assess capabilities, risks, and supply chain challenges to inform investments.
Develop acquisition documents, analyses, briefings, and official correspondence.
Monitor project execution, track cost/schedule/performance, and oversee contractors.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, mission partners, and industry to support program execution.
Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to maintain professionalism and customer support.
