Job summary

Parts Town in Addison, IL is seeking a Manufacturer Partnerships Manager to build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective HVACR equipment manufacturers. You will identify opportunities, open dialogues, and position Parts Town’s capabilities to secure strategic partnerships.

You will own a proactive outreach approach, manage a nationwide pipeline, and coordinate new programs while maintaining meticulous CRM records and delivering results on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inbound lead generation or phone-initiated process sales.
• Proven track record of generating in-person meetings from self-generated leads.
• Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable driving results and deadlines autonomously.
• Passionate about building relationships and treating each manufacturer interaction as a personal connection.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to identify opportunities and prioritize prospects.
• Bonus points if you have experience calling C-Level customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential HVACR equipment manufacturer partners and secure in-person meetings with senior sales executives.
• Manage a nationwide manufacturer pipeline to turn leads into qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM records with follow-ups and prospect details.
• Initiate and coordinate projects for existing programs to strengthen partnership.
• Launch and operationalize new manufacturer programs.
