Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manufacturer Partnerships Manager (PARTnership Builder) to develop and strengthen relationships with HVACR manufacturers nationwide. You will identify opportunities, build expert knowledge of manufacturer capabilities, and create dialogue on Parts Town’s distribution model.

You will manage leads, schedule meetings for senior sales executives, and drive programs that position Parts Town as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inbound lead generation or phone-initiated sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating in-person meetings from self-generated leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively.
• Bonus points for experience calling C-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify HVACR manufacturer partners and set up in-person meetings for senior sales staff.
• Develop pipelines of nationwide manufacturers and convert leads to qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM records with prospect details and activity tracking.
• Initiate and coordinate projects to enhance partnerships and launch new programs.
