Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inbound lead generation or phone-driven sales.
• Proven track record of converting leads into in-person meetings.
• Self-starter who can drive results with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about building relationships and turning interactions into opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize prospects.
• Bonus points for experience calling C-Level customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential HVACR manufacturer partners across the country and secure in-person meetings for senior sales executives.
• Manage a pipeline of manufacturers and develop leads into qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track follow-up actions and prospect details.
• Initiate and coordinate projects to enhance our position as a trusted partner.
• Launch and operationalize new manufacturer programs.
