Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships to lead executive‑level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic partners. You will identify growth opportunities, create enterprise‑level programs, and drive revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships.

In this highly visible individual contributor role, you will coordinate with Territory Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to maximize partnership value, lead strategic

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio structures.
• Experience in HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, or home services preferred.
• Track record of growing large strategic accounts or partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to monetize growth opportunities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with PE firms and strategic partners.
• Develop enterprise-level partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and execute account plans for key partners and portfolio firms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams to maximize value.
• Lead strategic reviews and planning sessions with partners.
• Monitor market trends, M&A activity, and competitive developments.
• Represent Parts Town at industry events and partner meetings.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage initiatives from concept to execution.
• Deliver annual sales, profitability, and growth objectives across partnerships.
