Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships in Illinois to lead executive-level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic partners across the HVAC ecosystem.

You will identify growth opportunities, create enterprise-level partnerships, and drive revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships, serving as the bridge between Parts Town and key industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic sales, business development, partnerships or enterprise account management.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures.
Experience in HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, home services, or related industries preferred.
Proven success growing large strategic accounts or partnerships.
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms active in HVAC and related spaces.
Develop executive-level relationships with portfolio company leadership teams (CEOs, Presidents, COOs).
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Create and execute account plans for key private equity firms and strategic partners.
Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise-level relationships and partnership initiatives.
Collaborate with Territory Sales, Marketing, CX and Product teams to maximize partnership value.
Develop programs to improve operational performance, inventory management, and parts procurement.
Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning with partners.
Monitor industry trends, M&A activity, and competitive developments.
Represent Parts Town at industry events and partner meetings.
Negotiate partnership agreements and manage initiatives from concept to execution.
Deliver annual sales, profitability, and growth objectives across partnerships.
