Ladders is recruiting a Manager, Commercial Integration & Onboarding to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role focuses on cross-functional integration to support smooth commercial operations and Day 1 readiness.

The successful candidate will streamline Order-to-Cash workflows, improve onboarding experiences, and partner with stakeholders to scale solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or related functions.
• Advanced experience leading continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights and business recommendations to leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead critical integration workstreams for vendor credentialing and onboarding.
• Map, optimize, and manage friction points in the Order-to-Cash workflow.
• Evaluate commercial policies and execute a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Develop transition plans addressing operating model impacts and stakeholder readiness.
• Lead centralized onboarding and offboarding processes to maximize new hire productivity.
• Ensure timely Day 1 readiness for new hires, including system access and compliance training.
• Drive scalable solutions for vendor credentialing and compliance records.
