Everleap Fertility is seeking an Integration Manager (Commercial) in the United States to lead the onboarding and integration of acquired practices, ensuring alignment with clinical and cultural standards while supporting growth across the network.

You will coordinate Sales, Marketing, Payer Relations, Partnerships, and Finance to deliver a unified commercial integration program, including strategy, governance, and performance tracking across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare commercial operations.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream integration across sales, marketing, payer relations, and partnerships.
• Strong communication, planning, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial integration planning and execution for acquisitions across Sales, Marketing, Payer Relations, Partnerships, and Revenue Cycle.
• Develop 30/60/90-day integration plans with milestones for onboarding and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure continuity and risk management.
• Support pre-close diligence with data on sales, marketing, payer terms, and partnerships.
