This leader will partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering/Systems, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to improve launch readiness and scale capabilities. Qualifications

Experience leading implementation teams and client onboarding.
Ability to manage complex client launches and governance.
Strong data-driven approach to identify patterns and take action.
Excellent collaboration with sales, product, engineering, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and retain an organization of implementation leaders, consultants, and project managers.
Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery across the portfolio with governance and execution excellence.
Establish effective governance, escalation paths, and decision-making for complex implementations.
Use retrospectives and client feedback to drive continuous improvement in processes and playbooks.
Align cross-functional partners around implementation priorities and ownership.
