Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Major Account Executive to grow new logo customers in underserved markets, selling innovative business solutions built on our 5G platform. You will identify opportunities, engage executives, and tailor proposals that demonstrate value and drive growth.

Lead a defined portfolio, meet monthly quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right mix of products and services.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of outside sales experience in a commissioned environment.
• 2-4 years of solutions/applications selling experience.
• 2-4 years of telecommunications/technical sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new prospects and generate leads through calling and networking.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solution-based proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with pre-identified prospects.
• Manage a new business portfolio and drive logo growth in underserved territories.
