Job summary

ADP is hiring a Major Account Business Process Outsourcing Sales Representative. You will identify targets in assigned territories, build business plans, and execute campaigns to win new clients for ADP's human capital management solutions.

You will engage C-level executives, manage a complex sales process, and partner with internal teams to cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions. ADP offers leading compensation, benefits, training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Strong presentation skills to C-suite executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Demonstrated internal and external partnership experience.

Responsibilities

• Overlay Major Account Sales Representatives within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Implement top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to promote ADP's products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal groups to serve as trusted advisor to clients.
