Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of quota carrying outside B2B sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Stellar presentation skills to C-suite level executives.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated internal/external partnership in sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Overlay Major Account Sales Representatives within a geographic territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Implement a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners to build a C-level network.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates by highlighting ADP's solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain relationships with internal groups in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the ADP family to drive opportunities.
