Job summary

ADP is seeking a Major Account BPO Sales Representative to grow our national client base by delivering high-level human capital management solutions. You will identify targets, create and execute business plans, and run campaigns to gain access to prospects while building trusted partnerships with senior leaders.

You will close sales, exceed quotas, and collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell cloud-based HR products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Stellar presentation skills to C-suite level executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Overlay Major Account Sales Representatives within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Implement a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to build a network with C-level executives.
• Strategically cross-sell with other ADP associates by highlighting ADP's products and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborate with internal groups within the territory.
