Qualifications

• Two-year degree in specialized trade or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with cross-functional teamwork.
• Intermediate mechanical, electrical, and automation aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes work orders, assesses feasibility, and secures approval.
• Obtains blueprints and electrical schematics for review.
• Organizes parts and tooling; verifies equipment availability; uses kitting.
• Estimates labor hours and allocates material to work orders.
• Coordinates work and follows up with the originating department.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and documents all machinery records.
• Sets preventive maintenance schedules and advises equipment changes.
• Maintains scheduling docs: completion times, hours, costs.
• Schedules safety checks for micro switches and emergency stops.
• Keeps machinery history files with man-hours and parts costs.
