Responsibilities

• Prioritizes work to be completed, feasibility of work orders and receives approval to pursue.
• Obtains blueprints and/or electrical schematics for review.
• Organizes all pertinent parts and tooling; verifies equipment availability for all maintenance work requested; utilizes kitting process to increase effectiveness.
• Estimates maintenance labor hours and allocates material to work orders.
• Coordinates work and follows up with originating department.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and maintains work order documentation on all machinery in plant and surrounding areas and maintains history of parts and accurate records of work done.
• Establishes preventive maintenance schedules and schedules preventive maintenance on all machinery and recommends equipment changes.
• Maintains scheduling documentation including date completion time and cost of project.
• Schedules safety checks of all micro switches and emergency stops and maintains records to meet OSHA requirements.
• Maintains machinery history files on all machinery in plant and surrounding areas.

What You Will Do:

• Schedules safety checks of all micro switches and emergency stops and maintains records to meet OSHA requirements.
• Maintains machinery history files (all man-hour and parts costs) on all machinery in plant and surrounding areas.

What We Look For:

• Two-year degree in specialized trade or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP experience is a big plus!
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Must have great collaboration and communication (verbal and writing) skills, with the ability to effectively work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate should possess intermediate mechanical, electrical, and automation aptitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $58,500 to $97,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance.
