Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day site maintenance and improve equipment reliability on the 3rd shift. You will supervise daily work assignments, coordinate with the Maintenance Planner, track KPIs, and drive breakdown elimination with a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership, knowledge of SAP and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in maintenance leadership.
• Knowledge of general construction, electrical/electronic systems, microprocessors, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, safety regulations, EPA standards, USDA and sanitation standards.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Implements organization and efficiency improvements in shop workspace and safety practices.
• Supervises maintenance shifts and allocates resources based on production needs.
• Participates in DMS meetings and reports maintenance metrics.
• Tracks weekly maintenance KPIs and drives root-cause analysis for failures.
