Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth across Fresenius' corporate portfolio. You will manage due diligence, build business cases, and present to executives, collaborating with global teams.

Regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL is expected; remote work is possible for local candidates. The role requires a strong finance/strategy background, 5+ years of relevant experience, and 15% international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in BD, M&A, strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable in ambiguous/rapidly evolving situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and targets for inorganic growth in Fresenius segments.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams from due diligence to board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to secure management alignment.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis and scenario modeling for new business areas.
• Build asset valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all lifecycle phases.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects and execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders.
• Use market insights to inform strategy and future direction.
