Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through inorganic and organic strategies. You will evaluate markets, assets, and startups, coordinate due diligence, and develop business cases for board approvals.

The role requires close collaboration with global teams and functional leads. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance/strategy with healthcare experience, excellent communication, and presentation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify inorganic growth targets across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead projects with functional leads and cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal corporate portfolio analysis and recommend new business areas and target evaluations.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Oversee strategic corporate projects through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Leverage market dynamics insights to inform strategy and direction.
