Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio & M&A to advance its growth vector through strategic inorganic and organic initiatives. You will partner with global teams to evaluate targets, develop business cases and drive due diligence, board approvals and execution, including ventures in digital health and emerging tech.

Remote work is possible, but there is regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL HQ; strong communication skills and financial acumen are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Comfortable in a highly matrixed organization and ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams to deliver due diligence, business cases and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of targets.
• Model scenarios and valuations (DCF, NPV, precedents) for target assets.
• Represent Fresenius to external parties, including advisors and investment banks.
