Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth through inorganic opportunities and emerging technologies. You will coordinate with global teams, perform due diligence, and develop compelling business cases for board approvals.

Responsibilities include market analysis, valuation modeling (DCF/NPV), and preparing management pitches while managing cross-functional projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution; prepare pitches for senior management.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses; manage projects through identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams; present Fresenius as a partner to external interfaces.
