Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth across the corporate portfolio. You will lead inorganic growth efforts, coordinate with global teams, and manage due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.

The role requires strong financial analysis, healthcare experience, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization. Travel up to 15% with some remote work options is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, perform due diligence, and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align and prioritize inorganic opportunities.
• Model valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Support strategy discussions and long-term direction of the business.
