Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic opportunities, including ventures in digital health and emerging technologies. The role involves regular collaboration with senior management and global teams.

The position focuses on due diligence, business case development, and investment recommendations, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and market assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsabilités

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across all Fresenius business areas and identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead and work with functional leads and regional heads to deliver corporate projects through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for Fresenius management to create alignment and support prioritization for inorganic targets.
• Manage internal strategic corporate portfolio analysis and recommendation of new business areas, target evaluations, scenario planning and modeling.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV and precedent analysis.
• Manage strategic corporate projects including inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces including consultants, brokers, and investment banks.
• Leverage market dynamics to support strategy discussions and future direction.
