Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive organic and inorganic growth across the corporate portfolio. The role collaborates with management teams and cross-functional partners to execute due diligence, business cases, and board approvals.

You will build valuation models, develop strategic analyses, and prepare management pitch materials while traveling to the Lake Zurich, IL HQ as needed. MBA preferred with healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 2+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius business areas to identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage strategic corporate portfolio analysis and scenario planning.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver on corporate projects.
