Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic projects and new business opportunities, including digital health and venture investments. Regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

The role supports due diligence, business cases, board approvals and execution across nutrition, MedTech and biopharmaceuticals. MBA and 5+ years in relevant fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and identify inorganic growth targets across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Model valuations (DCF, NPV, precedents) and manage strategic projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.
