Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic opportunities, including digital health and venture investments. Travel to Lake Zurich, IL HQ is required, with remote work possible.

The role collaborates with global teams to evaluate targets, perform due diligence, build business cases, and secure board approvals. Strong finance, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead project teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management on inorganic opportunities.
• Manage corporate portfolio analysis, target evaluation, and scenario modeling.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute inorganic opportunities.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
