Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in related functions; 2+ years in BD/M&A/Strategy analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and identify inorganic growth targets across Fresenius areas.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to align and prioritize inorganic targets.
• Manage internal strategic portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas and scenarios.
• Build valuations for target assets using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Manage inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a prime partner to external interfaces including consultants, brokers and banks.
• Leverage market insights to support strategy discussions and future direction.
