Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic projects, digital health partnerships, and venture opportunities. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and companies/assets to identify targets for inorganic growth.
- Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare pitch documents for management to align and prioritise inorganic targets.
- Manage portfolio analysis and recommendation of new business areas and target evaluations.
