Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through organic and inorganic strategies. You will lead due diligence, market analyses, and valuation work, coordinating with global teams and external partners. This role may be remote with travel to Lake Zurich, IL; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and impact on business.
• Proven ability to navigate a complex matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, and targets for inorganic growth incl. startups.
• Lead cross-functional projects through due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents to align management and prioritize inorganic targets.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces and discuss strategy.
