Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic projects, inorganic opportunities, and new business development, including digital health and investments. The role requires travel to the Lake Zurich, IL HQ; remote work possible with travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary range $138,000-150,000 with a 10% bonus target. Minimum qualifications include a scientific/technical/finance degree and an MBA, plus 5+ years in BD/M&A/strategy with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience; 2+ years in BD, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius areas to identify targets for inorganic growth.
• Special focus on nutrition, MedTech, and biopharmaceuticals aligned with Fresenius Kabi strategy.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to drive alignment and prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas, target evaluations and scenario modeling.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces such as consultants, brokers, and banks.
