Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager for Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through strategic inorganic activities and new business ventures. The role interacts with management and may be remote with regular travel to Lake Zurich, IL headquarters; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a 10% target bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contributions, paid time off, EAP and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD/M&A/strategy analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrix organization and adapt to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius areas.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams from due diligence to execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic opportunities.
• Model scenarios and evaluate new business areas and target assets.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver corporate projects.
