Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth in the corporate portfolio via organic and inorganic projects, digital health, and new business opportunities. Travel to Lake Zurich, IL is required; remote work is possible with local preference.

Salary range is $138,000–$150,000 with a 10% target bonus. Responsibilities include market analysis, due diligence, business case development, and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and business analytics functions; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups across Fresenius areas to identify inorganic growth targets.
• Lead due diligence, business case development, board approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to align on inorganic priorities.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver corporate projects from evaluation to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to consultants, brokers, and investment banks.
