Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an M&A IT Diligence Senior Consultant to evaluate IT systems, applications, data, and operating models in corporate and PE transactions. You will identify risks, separation and integration needs, and value creation opportunities across deal types.

You will synthesize findings into client-ready analyses, develop workplans, and coordinate across workstreams, delivering outputs aligned to deal strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in information technology across at least four areas: IT organization, IT processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, cybersecurity
• 4+ years of experience synthesizing data, identifying risks and value creation opportunities, and developing assessment findings for diligence work
• 2+ years of experience presenting findings in verbal, written, and analytical formats for M&A diligence
• 10+ information technology due diligence projects for strategic or financial clients
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of consulting/industry experience; MBA and 2+ years preferred
• Ability to travel 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Evaluating IT systems, software environments, and operating models to identify risks and value creation opportunities
• Performing technology due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships
• Synthesizing diligence findings into client-ready analyses and recommendations
• Developing workplans and coordinating activities across engagement components
• Designing deliverables aligned to engagement objectives and client needs
