Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise value creation by leading cross‑functional workstreams for complex integration and divestiture programs. You will partner with Finance, HR, Risk, Legal, and Tech to deliver Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration, while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

The role requires 8–10+ years of related experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to influence outcomes through structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transformation, Strategy, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of cross‑functional experience in transformation, M&A integrations, or PMO.
• Experience partnering with business units and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration and separation workplans with defined scope and timelines.
• Establish governance, RAID, change control, and cross‑functional dependency management.
• Monitor TSA performance, oversee billing and accruals, ensure SLA alignment.
• Provide executive reporting, KPI/OKR tracking, and strategic benefit realization.
