Highspring seeks a Strategy & Transformation professional to guide complex transactions, system implementations, and organizational change for major clients, including M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and restructurings. You will lead integration efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure financial transformation and FP&A alignment across the engagement.

You will work with client executives across industries, travel up to 25%, and shape target operating models, roadmaps, and implementation

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in professional services or related industry with M&A or restructuring.
• Proven track record planning and executing large-scale integration, separation, or restructuring programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office workstreams.
• Guide complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Develop transaction roadmaps and target operating models.
• Coordinate client planning sessions from board level to implementation.
• Drive business development activities including proposals and client meetings.
• Mentor and coach project teams to deliver engagements with integrity.
