Job summary

Highspring seeks a Strategy & Transformation professional to guide complex transactions, system implementations, and organizational change for major clients, including M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and restructurings. You will lead integration efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure financial transformation and FP&A alignment across the engagement.

You will work with client executives across industries, travel up to 25%, and shape target operating models, roadmaps, and implementation

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
5+ years of client-facing experience in professional services or related industry with M&A or restructuring.
Proven track record planning and executing large-scale integration, separation, or restructuring programs.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office workstreams.
Guide complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
Develop transaction roadmaps and target operating models.
Coordinate client planning sessions from board level to implementation.
Drive business development activities including proposals and client meetings.
Mentor and coach project teams to deliver engagements with integrity.
