You will lead corporate strategy, planning, business development, and M&A activities, partnering with executive leadership to define priorities and roadmaps. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and experience in strategic engagements, with exposure to deals, partnerships, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, planning, and growth initiatives to drive long-term value.
• Partner with executives to define vision, priorities, and organizational roadmap.
• Design mid- and long-range plans across company segments.
• Lead M&A, divestiture, and JV activities including due diligence and negotiations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis to support decisions.
