Job summary

Global Payments seeks a senior Program/Project Manager to lead a professional services team delivering IT implementations for clients. You will oversee project initiation through delivery, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure revenue and cost targets are met.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate SOWs, and maintain strong client relationships, shaping strategic solutions and driving client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading professional services projects for IT implementations.
• 10+ years total experience with 5–6 years in management.
• Experience negotiating terms, pricing, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Win Professional Services business from new and existing clients to meet revenue projections.
• Create SOW documents after negotiating terms and pricing for each client.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee billing and revenue recognition alignment with projections.
