Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Strategy Associate to join the SMB Transformation & Integration Team. You will lead corporate strategy, planning, business development, and M&A initiatives to drive growth and create long-term value.

You will partner with executives to define vision, priorities, and roadmaps, and you will manage mid- to long-range business plans. Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, BD, and M&A initiatives to drive growth and value.

• Design and manage mid- to long-range business plans across segments.
• Oversee acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities including due diligence and negotiations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to internal consulting with market and financial analysis and executive-ready recommendations.
