Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop status reports and communicate with leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and logs.
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, IT, and operations.
